AEP was appointed to focus on customer acquisition and retention marketing. We refreshed and updated all internal and external communications and enhanced the new customer experience. We also focussed Shred-it on FM companies, in-house FMs and mid-sized corporates generating quality leads through integrated email / telemarketing activity, advertising, events and thought leadership. This helped deliver 15% year-on-year growth during the economic downturn.
